I am a pastor of two small churches, I love the Lord and work so hard to help people find their own passion for him. I am paid next to nothing and after I count up my expenses, related to being a pastor. I end up receiving .36 cents an hour. I don’t do this for money. But I wish God would help some of these sheep learn to respect all that I do in an effort to bring them and their community closer to God.

This is a very critical bunch, and now I am beginning to wonder If God wishes me to move on. I am often tempted, but… I see a remarkable amount of fruit people coming back to the Lord after a great time of staying away. Hearts being healed. Bodies being healed, But I get so down feeling. . Please keep me covered in prayer. Pastors are in the front lines of a very real spiritual battle. We need all of the help churches can give us in the way of encouragement. We could use a kind word for the pastor week once a year.
