From a pastor-friend:
For several years now I have been blessed by being part of a Pastoral Peer Group. We meet monthly to do the sort of things you are looking for. This has provided some of the peer fellowship that I was missing in earlier years as I struggled along in a solo pastorate, sometimes feeling alone and isolated. It has been my understanding that most pastors were now in such groups. If not, then I would encourage people to seek to form them. If you want some guidance on how such a group might function, I would refer you to Gary Kinnaman’s “Leaders That Last” (subtitle: How Covenant Friendships Can Help Pastors Thrive). It’s published by Baker Books.
